TWO PLATE COOKER ELECTRICAL/GAS UNHEATED CABINET

Designed for medium and small size kitchens, its slim body ensures that it consume minimum space while cooking or boiling bulk food.

2.       4-OPEN BURNER GAS COOKER WITH OVEN

Top

Four open gas burners with adjustable flames. The burners can be regulated to low or high heat as required.

Option

The top can also be made in two solid plates or a combination of one solid plate and two open burners.

Oven

Controlled thermostatically, with safety auto cut gas switch and flame failure device. This is well designed for roasting and baking.

  • Construction

Sides top, frame and oven door in stainless steel with heavy gauge steel chassis with adjustable legs for height and levelling convenience. The oven lining is available in stainless steel as an option.

Model SG-G

The gas salamander grills are designed for high speed toasting and grilling. The grill is supplied as standard with a toasting rack and a grilling hearth for cooking meat. This could be floor, bench, wall or shelf-mounted.

3.       TWO BURNER GAS HEATED STOCK POT STAND

Model SPS 2-G

This is an extra strong, low level boiling top, designed to accommodate the heaviest stock pots. This is so, because it is fitted with high pressure burners thus drastically reducing the boiling duration.

·         Construction

Satin finished stainless steel front, side and back panels, mounted on a galvanised chassis. The legs are adjustable too for levelling. Pan support is of heavy cast aluminium alloy. The central gas burners are with lift off head for ease in cleaning.

4.       STAINLESS STEEL WATER BOILERS / TEA URNS

Electric Boilers

These are fitted with single phase AC elements and automatic temperature control and too are easy to clean and service.

Gas Boilers

These are fitted with control valve and universal type burner and fittings easily cleaned and serviced

NB: This can have either a flat or pressed lid and be made in different sizes as it suits the customer’s needs.

5.       BOILING PAN

Designed for cooking of bulk food, boiling pans do save time in large institution such as schools, hospitals and prisons meals preparations. This, without side-sticking or burning, is suitable for greens, grains or meat stews, rice/milk pudding, custards, soups, porridge among others.

·         Construction

Pans of heavy gauge stainless steel. Extremely heavy gauge welded stainless steel bottom. Inner casing mild-steel with mat black enamel finish fully insulated to prevent heat loss. In dual-purpose units, the lift-out inner pans are of stainless steel.

Covers are of stainless steel, domed-shaped and balanced awhile hinges and lifting handles are in chrome finish with the lifting cast aluminium knob. This is economical, both cost-saving (fast heating) and easily installed, serviced, as well as not technical to operate.

6.       BAIN MARIE / HOT CUPBOARD

Bain-marie is employed in near-perfect pre-cooked food maintaining. This, before or awhile serving

·         Application

Hot cupboards usages are heating, storage and distribution of hot food.

These units are modelled to take full size gastronome containers (530 × 325 × 152 deep) or equivalent half-size containers.

The hot cupboard under is also designed to incorporate food containers, or any other items required by he counter service

·         Construction

Counter top in satin finish stainless steel. Well in stainless steel, the bottom chassis is galvanised and painted matt black for rust protection.

The under-shelf, interior and exterior panels are also in stainless steel. Double stainless steel sliding doors mounted on aluminium ails with recessed handles with legs adjustable for height and levelling.

7.       STAINLESS STEEL SINK UNIT

·         Top

This is made of heavy gauge polished stainless steel with 50MM turned down edges on front and ends. Its backlash is 60MM high with 25MM return to the wall and is mounted on mild-steel frame and legs of 38MM × 38MM R.H.S. with hammer finish, and weld mesh under-shelf. These legs have adjustable feet, though optional the stainless steel legs, as well as the frame and the under-shelf.

·         Bowl Construction

It is constructed entirely of polished stainless steel consisting one, two, three or even more bowls. All welds clean and entire sink highly polished whereas each sink has an overflow and central waste outlet for connection to the drain line, including external operated drain valve, and provided with a ‘sink-tidy’ for left-over.

8.       GAS AND ELECTRIC BAKING OVEN

Designed for easy handling, this is used in commercial kitchen for baking bread and pastries in large quantities.

This is fitted with elements and automatic temperature control

·         Gas Ovens

This is fitted with automatic control and with safety auto-cut gas switches and flame failure devices.

·         Construction

These are constructed on heavy gauge steel chassis where the front panels and the doors are finished in stainless steel satin finish. Hough the sides and the top panels are in enamel finish.

9.       HEATED / UNHEATED STAINLESS STEEL CUPBOARD

These are designed to the highest standard of efficiency and can with stand long-term and harsh usage in a busy kitchen.

·         Electrically heated units

Fitted with single phase AC 240 volts elements and automatic control and on/off switch yet still its parts are easily accessible for servicing.

·         Gas heated units

These are fitted with easily accessible burners and automatic control. All fittings are accessible for servicing too.

·         Special purpose units

These are heated food trolleys, heated display units and hot plates that are manufactured against special orders.

10.   GAS AND ELECTRIC PIE WARMERS

This is designed for usage in restaurants, fast-food and coffee shops for keeping cooked food and or snacks hot before serving.

With models such as EPW-S and GPW-S that can easily be placed on counters, fish and chips outlets will find them ideal.

This can be fitted with single phase AC elements and automatic temperature control.

·         Gas Units

This can be fitted with burner and automatic control.

·         Construction

This is elegantly constructed; the frame work is in polished stainless steel with front sliding doors. The side and back panels are all in heat resistant heavy duty glass. Bottom shelves are in stainless steel mirror finish. Electrically heated and thermostatically controlled, it will give only the required temperatures.

11.   GENERAL PURPOSE TROLLEY

Manufactured in two versions; No. GPT 01 and GPT 02, these are ideal in schools, hotels, hospitals and laboratories for transportation of food items, serving and carrying dishes or just with movement with the kitchen.

·         Construction

Shelves – In polished stainless steel with raised and rounded edges to prevent items from sliding off during transportation

Frame – Stainless steel or galvanised tubing

Castors – 100MM (4”) Swivel Castors

12.   TRAY AND CUTLERY TROLLEY

This is essential for large kitchen’s service, for distributing and transporting cutlery and trays. Its containers are removable thus easing the cleaning processes.

·         Construction

Cutlery containers can be as many as 12 or even as few as four, depending on the specified needs. This is a removable, welded and polished stainless steel that makes cleaning easy.

The bottom tray shelf is polished stainless steel 50MM up raised on four sides.

The structure of the frame-work is 25MM × 25MM Hairline stainless steel tube that’s mounted on 100MM diameter rubber castors.
